NICOLE & JEPH HOWARD // THE USED

Before the show, Jeph got off the bus with Dan and made his way over to the fans that were in line. My friends and I got our pictures with him, and I gave him the presents I bought for him. I got him bubbles and a baby blanket. He was so cute and happy. : ) After the show, we talked with him again. This time, I wanted to tell him just how much he and the band meant to me. Sooo, I did, and I tried not to cry. He was like, "aww, thank you so much !" and he reached out to hug me. That was probably the best hug of my life. He and my mom discussed what video game the other members of the band were playing on the bus. Haha, it was so cute !

NICOLE & DAN WHITESIDES // THE USED

Before the show, Dan made his way off the bus and over to the group of people that were in line. My friend, sister, and I went over and got our pictures with him. He said he remembered my sister and me from the last time we met him ! We were so happy. : ) We'd bought him presents, so we gave him those, too. My friend got him a golf ball, a blanket, and bubbles. He opened the bubbles and started blowing them. I had some of my own, so we blew bubbles together. He was so excited about it ! He signed the back of a poster for me, and he wrote "Jepa is gay !" on it. I was like, "Dan, you forgot to put the H in his name." He squeezed it in and told me to go show it to Jeph. I also met Dan after the show. My friends and I just talked with him and hugged him. Fun times. : )

NICOLE & QUINN ALLMAN // THE USED

I didn't meet Quinn before the show, so I was determined to after. He was standing outside of the bus smoking, and the guards wouldn't let my friends and me over there. We waited for a while. My mom and friends mom finally got tired of waiting, so they marched over to Quinn and the people standing with them and asked if he was going to come over and meet the few people standing out there. I'm not sure what they said, but my mom and friend's mom just told us to go over there and meet Quinn. We slowly made our way over there and Quinn greeted us with a big smile. We apologized for invading on his personal space, but he said something like, "don't be sorry ! this IS my personal space." implying that being with us was where he wanted to be. I got my picture with him, gave him his presents, and thanked him for taking the time to meet us. He was such a sweet, genuine person, and I was so glad I finally got to meet him.
